Chapter 106: The Conclusion of the Black Scoundrel Fusako's Story
When the two returned to the living room, the dishes had already been placed on the table, and all the young women were seated in their respective spots. However, since not everyone had arrived yet, no one began eating.
Leading Reina Serizawa to an empty seat, once everyone was present, the young mistress, Yui Serizawa, immediately gave the signal to start.
Hearing her words, Kosaki, who was sitting with her shoes off on Kurozaki Fumiko’s lap, was the first to raise her chopsticks, swiftly grabbing a piece of chicken cutlet she had been eyeing.
Following Kosaki’s lead, the others began to dig in as well.
Though there’s the saying “Don’t speak while eating,” these were young people gathered together, and it was inevitable that they couldn’t keep their mouths quiet.
Among them, Reina Serizawa was the most talkative.
Perhaps it was because she had just regained her ability to speak; she chirped happily like a bird at dawn, chatting nonstop.
At first, Sagiri Amamiya was startled by Reina’s sudden speech, but after Yui’s explanation, she understood and smiled gently, genuinely happy for her.
Dinner continued.
Since she wasn’t familiar with the others, Saori Amamiya chose to join Kosaki Kurozaki, and the two of them ate quietly, focusing on their food.
With such a large spread, nearly half of the dishes ended up in their stomachs. By the time they finished and the table was cleared, both were like puddles of melted clay, slumped in their chairs, unwilling to move, their bellies protruding.
Yasuhiro An also paid them no mind; after helping Sagiri Amamiya and Yui Serizawa clear the table, he took Fumiko Kurozaki and Reina Serizawa back to the bedroom to discuss the future development of the Attack on Titan manga.
During this period, not only had animation studios approached Yasuhiro, but many had also contacted Fumiko and Reina to discuss potential adaptations.
Since she was not the author herself, Fumiko did not rush to accept any offers.
Now that Yasuhiro had returned, the topic of animation adaptation was brought up again.
After briefly hearing Fumiko’s introduction, Yasuhiro settled on an animation company with decent capabilities for the next step.
With the negotiations concluded, the three returned to the living room.
Sagiri Amamiya and Yui Serizawa had already finished tidying the table and were now sitting in front of the television playing games.
On a nearby sofa, perhaps due to overeating earlier, Saori Amamiya had already fallen asleep, clutching a similarly slumbering Kosaki Kurozaki in her arms.
Seeing this scene, Yasuhiro smiled softly, glanced around, then took a blanket from another sofa and gently covered them.
Turning back, Reina Serizawa joined the gaming duo, leaving only Fumiko Kurozaki standing in place.
Noticing Yasuhiro’s gaze, Fumiko smiled, winked, and then pointed towards the door.
Yasuhiro nodded in understanding.
The two left the Serizawa residence hand in hand, quietly stepping outside.
As soon as they stepped out, the winter wind, heavy with dampness, whipped against their faces.
No sooner had Yasuhiro closed the door behind them than a figure eagerly threw herself into his arms, her lips pressing sweetly against his.
Earlier, due to the presence of the Serizawa sisters, Fumiko had restrained herself from making any bold moves. But now, with only the two of them in the hallway, she was like a fish encountering sweet water after a long drought, free of all hesitation.
After a brief moment of surprise, Yasuhiro regained his composure.
Looking at Fumiko’s delicate, alluring face framed by trembling eyelashes so close to his own, he reached out to embrace her slender waist, responding in kind.
After a long while, they finally parted.
Fumiko panted softly, her chest rising and falling rapidly from the lack of oxygen, but she showed no embarrassment. Instead, she looked at Yasuhiro and suddenly suggested:
“Shall we change locations?”
...
Evening had fallen, the sun setting in the west, casting a golden glow over Tokyo’s bustling cityscape.
A dark green motorcycle, like a ghostly shadow, sped swiftly through the urban maze.
On the bike, Fumiko Kurozaki, helmet on, rested her head against Yasuhiro’s back, feeling the cold wind rush past as she took in the city around them.
Skyscrapers soared skyward, busy streets bustled with people and endless traffic, neon lights flickered in a kaleidoscope of colors, illuminating the entire city.
Along the sidewalks, office workers, exhausted from a day’s work, staggered forward, each heading toward their own sanctuary. In the sunset’s glow, every silhouette stretched long and slender.
“If I hadn’t met Yasuhiro-kun, maybe I’d be just like them,” a thought suddenly flashed through Fumiko’s mind. Her eyes flickered slightly, and her hands tightened instinctively around Yasuhiro’s waist.
Several more minutes passed.
The motorcycle finally came to a stop in front of a hotel.
After Fumiko dismounted, Yasuhiro parked the bike in the hotel’s lot, then led her inside.
At the front desk stood a young woman in her twenties. Upon seeing Yasuhiro and Fumiko enter, she immediately greeted them with a professional smile and a slight bow.
“How may I assist you two?”
Fumiko blushed, shyly turning her head away.
The receptionist understood immediately, turning her attention to Yasuhiro with bright eyes and asked:
“Would you like to book a room?”
“Yes,” Yasuhiro replied with a smile, nodding.
After filling out the necessary information and making the payment under the receptionist’s lingering, somewhat flirtatious gaze, Yasuhiro took Fumiko’s hand and stepped into the elevator.
As the doors closed, silence enveloped them.
A faint, delicate fragrance filled the air.
Yasuhiro glanced at her.
Today, Fumiko wore a white turtleneck sweater beneath a mickey-colored coat, paired with a tight skirt. Her long, slender, snow-white legs were exposed to the cool air.
Noticing Yasuhiro’s gaze and anticipating what was to come, Fumiko’s cheeks flushed deeper as she buried her face shyly, like an ostrich hiding its head in the sand.
Soon, with a soft ding, the elevator reached their floor.
Yasuhiro led Fumiko out, found the room with the key, opened the door, and closed it smoothly behind them.
Without even turning on the lights, Yasuhiro carried Fumiko swiftly toward the large bed at the room’s center.
She was gently tossed onto the soft mattress, her delicate form bouncing slightly as she welcomed her guest.
...
Elsewhere, at the Serizawa residence.
Watching her Mai Shiranui on screen being ruthlessly defeated again by Reina Serizawa’s Orochi, Sagiri Amamiya sighed resignedly, putting down the controller and closing her eyes.
Beside her, Reina beamed with excitement, promising, “I’ll go easy on you,” while taking a water-based marker to draw on Sagiri’s already heavily doodled face.
As the pen glided over pale skin, a lively little turtle was soon completed.
Satisfied with her masterpiece, Reina nodded, settling back to start another round—only to be surprised when Sagiri waved her off, saying, “I’m done playing. Reina-chan, why don’t you play with Yui?”
“What?!” Yui Serizawa, who had been watching the fun, was startled that the battle was suddenly turning her way. She quickly shook her head, refusing, “I don’t know how to play this game. You two go ahead.”
Hearing this, Reina looked at Sagiri with big, pleading eyes.
“Sagiri-nee, my illness that troubled me for over ten years is finally gone. I’m especially happy today. Could you stay and play a little longer?”
“Uh...” Sagiri wanted to refuse but couldn’t find the words. Eventually, she lowered her head and sighed helplessly.
“All right.”
“Yay!” Reina cheered.
Just as she was about to start another game, she was surprised to see Sagiri rise slowly and walk over to the sofa instead of sitting down after picking up the controller.
Then, Sagiri grabbed a certain blonde twin-tailed girl who was fast asleep and, despite the girl's bewildered expression, placed the controller into her hands.
Woken abruptly, Saori Amamiya was still dazed, unaware of the drool at her mouth’s corner, staring blankly at her sister’s face, now covered in drawings.
“What’s... going on?”
Sagiri smiled softly, shaking her head as she explained gently:
“Nothing much. I just thought you’ve been running around a lot these days and must be tired, so I wanted you to play some games to relax.”
“Huh?”
Saori blinked, looking down at the controller in her hands, a ripple of emotion stirring within.
“My sister is really kind, even though I treated her poorly yesterday…”
Feeling a pang of guilt over her behavior the day before, Saori’s gaze toward her sister softened. She quickly stood, made space on the sofa, then gently pressed Sagiri down, caring:
“Sis, you’ve been tired these days. You should rest.”
Sagiri smiled brightly, lying on the sofa sideways with contentment:
“You’re such a good little sister.”
“Of course, because you’re my good big sister~” Saori crossed her arms, beaming proudly, then turned her gaze toward Reina, who was already staring in awe, and excitedly declared:
“Come on, Reina-chan! I’m really good at games!”
...
Nearby, Yui Serizawa, who had witnessed the whole scene, cast a look of pity at Saori Amamiya, a peer she had only just met.
She thought, “She’s already pitiful enough when young, and yet her mind isn’t right. Being betrayed by her sister and still saying thank you…”
Shaking her head, Yui decided to stop dwelling on it.
Scanning the room, seeing no sign of Yasuhiro or Fumiko, she moved to sit beside Sagiri and asked curiously:
“Sagiri-nee, did you see where Fumiko-san and Yasuhiro-senpai went?”
“They...”
Sagiri, holding the sleeping Kosaki Kurozaki in her arms, replied casually:
“Maybe they’re playing their own kind of ‘game’ somewhere?”
Although Yui didn’t understand what kind of “game” Sagiri meant, she nodded.
In fact, Sagiri had noticed when Yasuhiro and Fumiko sneaked out earlier.
But since Fumiko had already monopolized Yasuhiro for so many days, Sagiri hadn’t said anything about their little secret.
Of course, that didn’t mean she would just let it go.
Looking down at the sleeping Kosaki, a radiant smile returned to Sagiri’s face, the same one she’d shown Saori earlier.
There’s an old saying in China:
“The debts of the father shall be paid by the son.”
Though Fumiko is not the father and Kosaki not the son, the meaning was similar.
“So it’s decided. The sins your mother committed will now be borne by you!”
Thinking this, Sagiri raised her water-based marker and slowly placed it on the face of an innocent girl who was smiling sweetly, unaware as she slept on a suddenly “warm and soft” pillow.
...
Back at the hotel room.
Suddenly shivering, Fumiko felt an inexplicable chill and hurriedly pulled the covers higher over herself.
Yasuhiro, who was getting dressed nearby, immediately asked with concern, “Are you all right?”
“I’m fine...” Fumiko blushed, shaking her head, then picked up her phone from the bedside and glanced at the time. Seeing it was already eight in the evening and the sky outside completely dark, she reminded him:
“It’s late. We should head back.”
“Already?” Yasuhiro seemed a bit downcast but sat beside her again, draping his arm over her shoulder. Fingers played with her damp hair, inhaling the scent of chestnut blossoms in the air as he teased:
“Fumiko-san, do you really want to leave me so soon?”
“Idiot!” Fumiko nudged him with her arm, though no displeasure showed on her face.
Struggling to get up, she bent down to pick up scattered clothes from the floor. Suddenly, her expression changed sharply; she braced herself with both hands on the floor, barely avoiding a fall.
A loud creaking echoed through the room.
Startled, Fumiko cried out as a large black rat darted in unexpectedly.
...
An hour later.
Dressed again, the two reappeared at the hotel entrance.
Breathing in the fresh, moist air, Yasuhiro stretched comfortably and sighed:
“What a wonderful day!”
Hearing this, Fumiko’s cheeks flushed again, but she pushed him gently and reminded:
“Let’s go back. Sagiri and Kosaki are probably still waiting.”
“All right, all right, whatever you say, madam,” Yasuhiro laughed, turning toward the underground parking garage.
After he left, Fumiko’s smiling face immediately twisted into a frown. She bared her teeth, half-crouching with legs together, muttering incessantly:
“That stinky guy, can’t he be gentler...”
...
Meanwhile.
Arriving at the parking garage, Yasuhiro had just inserted the key when a pink light screen appeared before him.
[Ending 4 for Fumiko Kurozaki: Forbidden Love Completed]
[Reward: Physical Ability Doubled]
[Would you like to claim it now?]
Staring at the screen, Yasuhiro was stunned for several seconds before reacting.
“Huh? I almost forgot about this reward.”
Smiling helplessly, he didn’t rush to claim it. Instead, he hopped on the bike, whistling cheerfully as he slowly headed back to the hotel entrance.
